The last month I’ve been working closely with a friend on a wine project called, “as(if)”. The project relies heaavily on creating a systematic approach to traditional tasting notes. By focusing on this small detail, we are attempting to bridge the gap between traditional(heritage) wine brands and new-age(natural) wine brands.
The goal of the brand and project is to stop brands from working in binaries, getting rid of classism through a shared love of what’s most important–
how the wine tastes.
